We have taken our two-year-old to every single place on the tour and she approves :) The park on the scenic route is great for a play break and total walking is around 2 miles, so you may want a stroller or carrier!

You’ll probably want to designate a navigator to read all walking directions, and someone to read all of the fun facts in the guide! Have fun! Take photos!

Gladly! We are a small, family-run tour business living in the coolest neighborhood in Prague.

Jim gives all of the tours himself, his wife Allison designs all of the visuals, including our beautiful recommendation list. Their daughter is a master of playing at their feet while they talk business and cook dinner in the kitchen most nights.

We came to Prague in 2017 and fell in love. Now we get to show people what is so great about living here - minus all of the (gorgeous) tourist traps.

Great question! We have built lovely relationships with many amazing businesses in our neighborhood of Prague 6.

We always honor their needs and wishes, so we have our staple 3 stops:

1.THE TRADITIONAL STOP

We’ll be supporting a local tank beer spot serving a traditional Czech lager (you’ll learn all about tank beer on the tour) and awesome Czech food. It’ll be full of the neighborhood locals.

2. THE SCENIC ROUTE

We’ll stroll for about a mile to historic landmarks in the neighborhood, including a very old train station, a beautiful park, and a historic theatre.

3. THE OLD FAITHFUL STOP

Our old faithful microbrewery is always brewing reliably great beers, from lagers and IPAs to sours that actually taste like beer :) We truly love their approach to not only beer but quality, unique spins on Czech food favorites.

4. THE UNIQUE STOP

Our local experimental microbrewery always has the coolest partnerships, collabs, specials and more. We love stopping in here any night of the week for a beer to go because they are always changing and surprising us! You can taste something like never before, or stick with a tame favorite of yours.

There will be small sets of steps when entering and exiting each establishment. Each metro station that we encounter (Mustek and Dejvice) is handicap friendly with an elevator that takes you all the way to street level, if needed.
